Optimization of spare parts deliveries

We have consolidated the needs and reduced the number of suppliers, which has significantly reduced the traffic at the sites. In the case where spare parts are ordered for the warehouse and not for emergency repairs, we have implemented fixed delivery days and a procedure for grouping purchase orders.

This optimization has been very well accepted by the sites and helps us to operate more sustainably and at the same time more efficiently. We will continue to develop this project so that we can further decrease the environmental footprint of our activity.
