Gouvernance

Le conseil d'administration de Lhoist constitue son organe directeur. Le comité est présidé par le Baron Berghmans et compte plusieurs autres membres de la famille ainsi que des membres externes qui sont actifs dans diverses industries dans le monde.

Le CEO, Marcos França, se charge de la gestion quotidienne de Lhoist avec l’aide du conseil d'administration du groupe.
