Conselho Administrativo

O Conselho de Administração é o órgão dirigente da Lhoist. É presidido pelo Baron Berghmans e compreende outros membros da família, bem como membros externos que atuam em diferentes indústrias em todo o mundo.

O diretor-geral, Marcos França, é responsável pela gestão diária da Lhoist com o apoio do Comitê Executivo do Grupo.

Jean-Pierre Berghmans entrou para a Lhoist em 1974. Foi nomeado Chief Executive Officer e Membro do Conselho de Administração em 1979, Presidente do Conselho de Administração em 1985 e Presidente do Grupo em 2011. Ele é membro da quarta geração da família de acionistas.
